All fees for using Frontline Coalition’s Services are listed on our website or at our facility. Failure to pay these fees can result in the termination of your account.

This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, and, status updates, connecting you with internal team members, and billing notifications.
